Drone Golf Ball Drop – Ticket Sales CLOSED

At approximately 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on June 13, 2022, weather permitting, a drone will drop a load of numbered golf balls onto a specified area at Wedgewood Golf and Country Club in Powell, Ohio. The three golf balls closest to the pin and the one golf ball farthest from the pin win.

The distance to the hole is measured by the closest point of the ball to the pin as determined by the judges. If more than one ball is equidistant from the pin, this will be considered a tie. In an event of a tie, the place winnings will be split.

Winners will be announced at the Golf Classic. *Participants need not be present to win and will be notified by phone or email. In the event of inclement weather, the ball drop will be handled by another means.

Golf balls are $10.00 each, or 3 golf balls for $25. Anyone purchasing a golf ball will be assigned a number. Online purchasers will receive an email containing the golf ball number(s).

First Place – $500

Second Place – $250

Third Place – $100

Farthest from the Hole – $50

*All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of the winners.
